Requirements for making labels: The space between labels is 2-4 mm. The label is 2 mm away from the edge of the backing paper; The bottom paper of the label should be made of Grassy material. This kind of bottom paper is good in toughness to prevent breakage (avoid cutting the bottom paper). Coil inner diameter 76 mm, outer diameter less than 280 mm, single row arrangement. The above labels should be made according to your products. For specific requirements, please communicate with our engineer. It can be equipped with a coding machine or an inkjet machine to the label head, so as to print the production date, batch number and barcode on the label. The ink-jet printer can also be selected to the conveyor belt to realize the production date, batch number, bar code and other information on the product before or after labeling.

Production Process

Core working principle: The parting wheel will separate the products and put them on the conveyor belt. When the sensor detects that the products have passed, the signal will be sent back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the corresponding motor to send out the labels and attach them to the position of the products to be labeled.
Operation process: Put the product (put in the blanking box) — > separate the product and spread it out to the middle of the conveyor chain roller — > product transportation — > product detection — > labeling — > labeling — > collection of labeled products.
