Principle of operation
The working principle of the automatic transparent film three-dimensional packaging equipment is that the packages are transported into place by a separate motor-driven input belt, which senses a proximity switch, and a pneumatic cylinder pushes the packages into place to start the cycle of the machine. The packages are lifted up by the lifting plate so that the packages form a “pi” shaped package against the incoming transparent paper. The transparent paper, which is mounted on the stand, is guided by the paper guide rollers and pulled by the traction rollers, cut by the rotary cutter and transported into place. The lifting plate lifts the packages to the highest point, and the bottom and side folds are completed by the upper and lower moving plates, and the packages are pushed into the molding channel. The package passes through the bottom heating block and the left and right heating blocks for heat sealing and shaping to complete the whole packaging process.
